Delivery Information

Our turnaround time is varied, and is updated regularly to give the most accurate information possible. The turnaround time is subject to change at any point, it is recommended that you double check the turnaround time before completing an order. Products will be delivered by courier to the address provided when ordering, a notification email will be sent to you informing you that the products have been dispatched.

Orders selecting Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 delivery services should note that delivery timescales begin from the date the parcel is collected by Royal Mail, which is usually the next working day after the order is placed. 

Delivery time frames provided by the Royal Mail are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. 

Please note that during busy periods there may be a delay in your order being processed and/or shipped.
