Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on this website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of our products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Please note 12mm,15mm,18mm and 24mm boilies may vary slightly in size due to drying times and the use of natural ingredients.

PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS

It is your responsibility to make sure that the measurement for the made to measure products are 100% accurate. There are measuring guides provided on the site to enable you to take the measurements accurately. We cannot accept any returns to either of these products if you have provided incorrect measurements. There may be some cases where these products can be altered, any costs involved with this, including postage, will be additional to your original order.

PRODUCT CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

You are entitled to a 100% refund for any order cancelled providing that work on the made to measure item(s) has not yet started. If work has been started the value of the order minus the costs incurred so far will be refunded back to you. Made to measure items are very unlikely to be resold and for this reason we are unable to give a refund on these products. We will accept returns and issue a full refund only if we have failed to make the products to your specifications, or if they are in some way faulty. If this is the case you must contact us within 7 days of the receiving the product. Once returned we will do a full check and if found to be faulty or incorrect we will repair or alter the product, if it is not possible to do this a full refund will be given including the cost of returning the product to us once it has been agreed that the fault lies with us.

POSTAGE

Our turnaround time is varied, and is updated regularly to give the most accurate information possible. The turnaround time is subject to change at any point, it is recommended that you double check the turnaround time before completing an order. Products will be delivered by courier to the address provided when ordering, a notification email will be sent to you informing you that the products have been dispatched.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website.

DISCOUNTS

Discount codes cannot be used on Bundles, Clearance items, Gift Cards, Merchandise, Rolling Accessories and Raw Ingredients.

NUTRABAITS REWARDS

Nutrabaits Rewards is our customer loyalty programme operated by Nutrabaits.net. By joining and participating in Nutrabaits Rewards, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Earning Points

Members earn 1 Rewards Point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases made through the Nutrabaits.net website. Points are calculated on the eligible value of an order and may exclude certain charges, discounts, taxes, delivery costs or other items as determined by Nutrabaits.net.

Nutrabaits reserves the right to exclude certain products, promotions, orders or transactions from earning Rewards Points.

Redeeming Points

Rewards Points can be redeemed for rewards made available through the Nutrabaits Rewards programme. Unless otherwise stated:

  • 100 Rewards Points = £1 Store Credit

  • 500 Rewards Points = Free Shipping on one eligible order

  • 1,000 Rewards Points may be awarded as a birthday reward, subject to the member meeting any applicable eligibility requirements.

Rewards, point values and redemption options may be changed, withdrawn or replaced by Nutrabaits.net at any time.

Points Expiry

Rewards Points expire 12 months after they are earned unless otherwise stated. Expired points cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.

Birthday Rewards

Where a birthday reward is offered, members must provide accurate and valid birthday information through the Nutrabaits Rewards programme and meet any applicable eligibility requirements. Birthday rewards are subject to the rules of the Nutrabaits Rewards programme and may only be issued once per eligible member within the applicable period.

Returns, Refunds and Cancelled Orders

If an order for which Rewards Points have been earned is subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned, any points earned from that transaction may be removed from the member's Rewards balance.

If Rewards Points or Store Credit have been used towards a purchase that is subsequently refunded or returned, the value of the refund may be adjusted accordingly.

Store Credit and Rewards

Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, sold or redeemed outside the Nutrabaits Rewards programme.

Rewards and Store Credit are intended for the member's own use and may not be transferred unless expressly permitted by Nutrabaits.net.

Programme Changes and Termination

Nutrabaits.net reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Nutrabaits Rewards programme, or any part of it, at any time. This may include changing how points are earned, the value of rewards, eligible purchases, redemption options or points expiry periods.

We may also suspend or close a Rewards account where we reasonably believe that the programme has been misused, abused, fraudulently manipulated or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Any points or rewards associated with a closed or terminated account may be cancelled.

General

Nutrabaits Rewards is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms displayed within the Rewards programme. Participation in the programme is voluntary and does not create any entitlement to rewards beyond those available under the programme rules applicable at the time.

Nutrabaits.net reserves the right to correct any errors relating to Rewards Points, rewards or member accounts.
